Mariner is working on making it more seamless, but for right now the way it works is that you export from your desktop Contour and then upload to the iPhone app. Do the opposite to move the file from iPhone to desktop. The description "Use Contour on its own or export it to your desktop version of Contour when you get back to your Mac." makes it sound like there is no way to export files wirelessly, and it leaves out all mention of import. great to have. a few questions though.
